Product Parameters

The channel steel is produced from carbon-structural or low-alloy steel billets with a carbon content of no more than 0.25%. It is delivered in hot-formed, normalized, or hot-rolled states. Specifications include waist height (h), leg width (b), and waist thickness (d) measured in millimeters, such as 100*48*5.3, illustrating a waist height of 100 mm, leg width of 48 mm, and waist thickness of 5.3 mm, known as 10# channel steel. For channels with identical waist heights but varying leg widths and thicknesses, distinct markings like a, b, c are used, for example, 25#a, 25#b, 25#c, etc.
