Wear-resistant lined steel pipes comprise an outer steel pipe and an inner wear-resistant material layer. The outer steel pipe is typically manufactured from high-quality seamless steel pipe or carbon steel pipe, such as Q235 steel, which possesses excellent mechanical properties and compressive strength, providing overall structural support and load-bearing capacity. The inner wear-resistant material, commonly aluminium oxide ceramics or zirconia ceramics, is bonded to the inner surface of the steel pipe through specialised processes, forming a durable wear-resistant layer.
It is extensively employed in mining, power generation, metallurgy and other industries, primarily for conveying highly abrasive, corrosive or temperature-fluctuating powdered and slurry media such as iron ore fines.
