Our wear-resistant ceramic-lined steel pipes employ advanced Self-Propagating High-Temperature Synthesis (SHS) technology to firmly bond a high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃) ceramic layer to the inner surface of carbon steel or stainless steel pipes, forming a composite structure. This product combines the high strength of steel with the exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature tolerance of ceramics, making it an ideal conveying solution for extreme operating conditions.

Widely deployed in coal powder conveyance for thermal power plants, tailings pipelines in mining operations, raw material/clinker transport in cement plants, metallurgy, and chemical industries, it significantly extends pipeline service life, reduces maintenance costs, and enhances system operational efficiency.
