Specifically, Q235A material contains a carbon content ranging from 0.14% to 0.22%; such details ensure that each grade fulfills unique requirements.
Typically, before departing the factory, steel mills meticulously mark the finished profiles on identification plates, allowing users to discern material specifications such as Q235A, Q235B, or other classifications. With design pressure at P≤1.6MPa and operating temperatures spanning from 0 to 350ºC, the steel plate thickness is maintained at a minimum of 20mm to ensure optimal strength and durability.
