The Art of Performing Pickling
Initially, before pickling, metals undergo a rinsing phase to eliminate substantial dirt and particles. Subsequently, the metal is submerged in a pickling liquor bath. During immersion, the acid actively eradicates surface impurities. Post a predefined duration, the metal is extracted to avert excessive acid exposure. With precise acid composition and immersion timing, surface inconsistencies are efficiently eradicated with minimal metal degradation. Post-pickling, a final rinse is performed, often accompanied by an oiling process for added protection.
