Overview of Flexible Rubber Expansion Joint
1. Superior Vibration & Noise Reduction: Our single sphere design acts as a "shock absorber" for your pipeline. It effectively isolates the mechanical vibration from pumps, fans, and compressors and significantly lowers the noise level in the operating environment.
2. Premium Material & Durability: We use 100% new vulcanized rubber instead of recycled rubber. This ensures excellent resistance to aging, ozone, and weathering. The body provides high tensile strength to withstand high pressure without ballooning or bursting.
3. Smart Design for Easy Installation: Rotating Flanges: Unlike fixed welded flanges, our flanges are floating. This allows installers to easily align the bolt holes even if the pipeline is slightly twisted.
4. High Safety Factor: Designed for PN10/PN16 standard working pressure. Every batch undergoes strict testing. The burst pressure is 3 times the working pressure, ensuring maximum safety against water hammer or pressure surges.
