Production Process

1.Raw material control: Adopt qualified billet from top domestic steel mill, strictly limit S & P impurities to reduce inclusion and brittleness.
2.Forming: Hot rolling for large size bar & flat steel; cold drawing for thin spring wire. Oil tempered wire supplied for cold coiled spring directly.
3.Heat treatment: Quench + medium temperature temper to get tempered troostite structure, balance strength and toughness. Custom heating temperature for each grade.
4.Surface treatment: Shot peening optional, form surface compressive stress, improve spring fatigue life 2-5 times.

Q: How to choose between 65Mn and 60Si2Mn? What's their difference? 
A: 65Mn carbon spring steel costs less for small light-load springs below 120°C. 60Si2Mn alloy steel has better elasticity, heat & fatigue resistance, working up to 250°C, ideal for auto suspension and engineering heavy springs.

Q: What products can you supply? Do you cut materials to size? 
A: We stock round bars, flat bars, sheets and spring wire. Custom cutting per your drawings is available.

Q: What's the MOQ? Can I get test samples?

A: MOQ for standard stock is 1 ton. Samples are free, buyer covers freight. Bulk orders start after sample approval.

Q: Which standards do you follow? Can you provide material test certificate?
