Ceramic lining
Corundum ceramic (aluminium oxide), purity 92%/95%/99% optional, Mohs hardness ≥9.
Bond Strength
Firm bonding between ceramic layer and steel pipe, with shear strength ≥15MPa, capable of withstanding thermal shock at ≥50℃/min.
Wear Resistance
Volume wear rate <0.05cm³/1.61km, offering 266 times the wear resistance of manganese steel.

Nominal diameter: DN25 - DN1000mm (larger non-standard sizes available upon request)
