Product Parameters

Metal embossing is a stamping technique aimed at creating an ablaze 3D effect. This process can be accomplished by matching male and female roll molds. Through embossing, metal will be formed an irregular surface with a depressed or raised area.

Metal embossing is generally achieved by applying a combination of heat and pressure to materials. Therefore, the thickness of the metal may be changed during processing. However, the toughness of metal will be reinforced. Roller dies are an essential tool in embossing.
Roller dies compose of upper and lower. The upper roller block is stationary, and the lower one is movable. In processing, the metal plate is passed through upper and lower roller dies to form a given pattern.
