Electrogalvanization Process The electrogalvanization process begins with submerging raw metal into an electrolytic solution. An electrically charged anode composed of pure zinc is immersed in this solution, where it releases a current that flows through the solution to the metal cathode. As the zinc anode dissolves, tiny particles of zinc permeate the solution and adhere to the metal's surface. This creates a lustrous finish, enhancing the material's aesthetic appeal while offering a protective coating.

* Equipped with one external buffering plate to absorb shocks and vibrations during shipping.
* Includes a pair of internal and external paper angle protectors for each corner, ensuring full-circle protection.
* A single internal and external surrounding protection plate is incorporated to shield the product from all sides.
* Comes with a pair of internal and external metal angle protection rings to reinforce the edges and maintain product integrity.
