The Electrogalvanization Process begins by immersing raw metal into a specialized electrolytic solution. A pure zinc anode, electrically charged, is placed within this solution. Current flows seamlessly from the zinc anode, traversing through the solution, and into the metal cathode. During this process, tiny zinc particles dissolve in the solution and meticulously bond to the metal's surface. This meticulous bonding creates a protective thin coating, delivering both a robust shield and a lustrous finish that heightens aesthetic appeal.
